Finally an update...

Well alot has happened since mommy has updated my blog so here goes. First and most importantly I TURNED ONE!! I had a great party. Lots of friends and family. I loved my cake, ice cream and presents. Thanks to everyone who came. Second, I am having a little sister. She is due to arrive on Oct 1st. I dont know what I am gonna do about that one. I mean I am rotten so I dont know if I will like it or not. I guess she will be ok. Did I mention I am walking now. This whole two feet thing is pretty cool. Mommy thought I got into everything crawling, boy was she wrong. I say lots of words now like, uh oh , and gook (book), iluvu (I love you), guck (Duck), kitty, dat= that. I am a chatter box. I also try to sing and dance.

I went to the petting zoo with my Nana too. I got to see some goats, deer, rabbits, alpaca's, roosters, chickens. It was pretty fun. I hope to go to the Indy Zoo soon.

Oh mommy and daddy also remodeled the kitchen. Its pretty nice. I like getting into the new cabinets. Some reason some of them do not open anymore. They have these silly locks on them. There are some gates too now that I cant get past, but oh well. I still have lots of things to get into. Well here are some new pictures mommy and daddy took. Enjoy

Almost ONE !!!

Mom has been planning my big day. March,20. We are gonna have so much fun. I am everywhere these days. I am getting so big. Last pediatrician visit I was 22 lbs. Yeah I am solid and a stud. My papaw has surgery in the morning. I am thinkin about him and wish I could be there when he gets out. I know he would LOVE to see me. I am so rotten. I hope it goes well. Maybe he will be able to hold me longer than he does now, well assuming nana can let go of me. I will be down south this weekend with everyone.

The house is under construction at the moment. The kitchen is a mess and I am not allowed to go on the new floor since its not done. So I am stuck in the playroom and in the living room. Mommy says it will be worth it when its finished. Well I have posted some new pics.

Well its been awhile since I updated my blog. I have had Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years. Thanksgiving was scruptious. My cousin fed me some apple pie and pumpkin pie. It is pretty tasty. I went to my Great grandma's and my grandma and papaw's house.

Christmas was the best though. We got to have Christmas on Christmas Eve since mom and dad had to travel so much. So I got a busy ball popper from Santa. I got some new sox, some more toys, and some new teething rings. Yes, I have 6 teeth now. 4 on top and 2 on bottom. I am chompin on whatever I can get my hands on. My nana and papaw got me a walker and some clothes and some other cool toys. They love me. I am rotten. I pretty much get what I want. I am also eating some new foods. I have had lunchmeat, cheese, green beans, cheerios, and I bit into an apple today. I am getting big. My buddy Brayden just turned 1 year old yesterday. Makes me feel old. Mine will be just around the corner.

Sorry I haven't updated my blog. We just got our computer back from the shop. Well I am now pulling up on things and getting into trouble. I got my first cold this week and have an ear infection as well. They put me on the bubble gum medicine. It gave me a raging diaper rash so I am in poor shape at the moment. I haven't slept very well. Except last night, I slept soooo good. Didn't wake up till after 8am. Mommy was soooo happy. I am feeling better today I think. They weighed me at the doctors office. I weigh 21 lbs. Yes I am big. Or at least I think I am.

I have found lots of new things to get into lately. I love the doorstops on the back of the doors. I think it is so fun to let them go and watch them spring back and fourth. I mean seriously they are like an addiction. I also love pulling up on the TV stand, and walls, and tables, you name it really. Here are some new pics for ya. I am getting BIG

Well since the last time I was able to write, I have learned to sit up completely, crawl and hands and knees, and pull up on stuff so I am standing. All of this in just a week or so. Incredible. I am into everything. My new favorite place to hang is under the end table in the living room. I try to grab stuff thats sitting on it from down below. See its a glass top and I think I can reach through it. I was wrong. I am all over this house. Mom and dad are going to have to get some gates up so I can't climb the stairs. I am 8 months old after all. Oh and today my Nana and Papaw came to babysit me. Mom and Dad had to work today. I got to eat some mashed potatoes. They are delicious. I have 2 teeth now too. Both on the bottom. I can chew on all kinds of stuff. Here are some new pics for you to enjoy. Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. My family has ALOT to be thankful for.

Pumpkin Patch and My Weekend

We went to the pumpkin patch on Saturday 10/10/09. I loved the dirt . As soon as mommy put me down with the pumpkins I scooped up a big handful. I was a mess but it was fun. Krista, Marc and my friend Sadie were there too. We bought some pumpkins and some apples. Then I went home and played . Sunday we went to Brown County and met my Nana and Papaw, Great Grandma Pirtle and Great Aunt Jan. They couldn't resist seeing me. Nana needed her baby fix. We went out to eat and went to the Toy Chest. Of course I got some toys from the grandparents. I have them wrapped around my finger. I can get anything I want.

Almost crawling, Almost eating

Well I surprised my mom the other day. She was getting me dressed for bed. I flipped over and got up on all fours and started rocking back and forth. Seriously I am almost on the move. None of this rolling over business to get where I am going. I also have not slept much the past couple days and well today mom reached in my mouth and rubbed my gums and low and behold a tooth is poppin through. Ouch. I will be eating some real food soon. Baby food is not bad though. I kinda am a P-I-G. I posted some new pics too. I am getting so big. I am trying to get into everything. I broke mom's sunglasses. That was fun. I also have started petting my kitty cats. Marvin likes to sleep with me now. I am getting so big. Mom says STOP GROWING. I just laaauuugh. It is fun being a baby.

Im B-I-G

Went to the pediatrician's on the 14th. I am 16lbs 8 oz. and 26 and 1/4 inches long. Oh yeah I am growin. I also can sit up for a few seconds by myself and I can move , well roll to wherever I want. I can scoot to but not near as well or as fast as I can roll to where I want to go. Mom bought me a Colts hat and some new pj's. I am growing out of my clothes. I love to bounce these days and I am kinda getting into things. It is so fun. Mom always has an eye on me. I swear she has eyes in the back of her head. Dad on the other hand, I can get away with some stuff. Did I mention I am getting HAIR. Yes Hair. This stuff is crazy. I love to rub my head. I posted some new pics. I will have more soon. Welcome home Nana.

Labor Day and my bouncy thingy

Well I went to Nana and Papaw's this past weekend and boy was it sooo fun. I didnt get any sleep but I sure played hard. I have this new toy at their house. It wears my little legs out. Who needs the thigh master when you have what I have. I posted a video of me bouncin away. I thought I was going to jump to the rafters in the garage. I mean seriously this thing is like crack. I cant get enough of it. I also got to see all my family at my great grandma Pirtle's house. I was held by all and I dont think I was too fond of it. I did get to lay down and play with Kayla my bigger cousin. She is crazy. Walking and crawlin everywhere. What is she thinkin. Anyways I think I have tried all my fruits and veggies. I am on to meats and they dont look to appetizing. I get to try those this week. For some reason chicken in chicken broth doesnt sound very good. I will let you know. Enjoy my pics and videos!! Hangin Out

Well it's Thursday. My buddy Brayden is coming over tomorrow so we can play. Its gonna be a fun day. I decided I dont like prunes, love bananas and love eating my own toes. I think I could probably sit up if it weren't for them distracting me. It is so much fun munching on them while mom changes my diaper. She just laughs at me. I am going to Brown County with my mom, Grandma, and Theresa on Monday. That will be fun. I get to show them how big I am . I am 16lbs and 4 oz as of this past Tuesday. I have posted some fun pics mom took of me this week. ENJOY!!!

I love my dad!!!

My dad had me cracking up a few days ago. I lost it. He was trying to scare me by saying "Boo". I just thought it was funny. My mom grabbed her cell phone and recorded a video really quick so she wouldn't miss it. I have been having so much fun lately. I have tried all my first foods except applesauce. Haven't had the chance yet. But man I love my bananas. I am rolling all over the floor and trying to scoot. Mom tries to get me to sit up but I end up eating my toes. I love my toes. I am going to the fair on Sunday for the first time. It will be fun. I get to see all the animals. Did I mention I am getting BIG. Mom doesn't want me to but she will get over it. I love it. Well time for a nap. I will talk to you again soon.

Peaches!!!

My grandparents came up last week and my grandma gave me peaches. I love them!!! We had such a good time. My grandma watched me on Thursday and Friday while mommy and daddy worked. I was wore out. She knows how to play. She bought me a book called "Big"and some new baby food to try out. I am a BIG eater. But thats not what my book is about. I wish they would have stayed longer. We got to sit outside, and I got to get in my pool, and I got to stay up late. It was the life. Oh and it was so hilarious, I peed on grandma's forehead, dead center. My aim is getting much better. She didn't know what hit her. Well I gotta go mommy is calling.

So I haven't heard anything from the doctor's office about my heart murmur. I have been just fine though. I decided I love peas, squash and greenbeans. I also love the Bumbo that Sarah let me borrow. I think my mommy loves feeding it to me too. My Nana is going to feed me some peaches this week when she comes to watch me. She is coming tonight !!! I am soo excited. She gets to watch me on Thursday AND Friday!!! Thursday is bath night. Maybe I can pee on her this time instead of mom. Oh and I am also on the move these days. I love flipping from my back to my tummy, especially when I am being changed. I posted some pictures of me. See you next time!!!
